📋 Description

• You own the self-service content engine for CodeRabbit’s customers.
• Manage the knowledge base backlog and article lifecycle to reduce tickets and boost adoption.
• Develop playbooks: setup guides, configuration walkthroughs, and feature adoption content.
• Craft lifecycle emails for onboarding, saves, and win-back campaigns.
• Measure content impact: ticket deflection, CTRs, and adoption against controls.
• Maintain docs workflow using markdown, git, and review cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical writing or developer enablement for a developer-facing product.
• Hands-on ability to read config files, run setup flows, and author guides.
• Experience with docs-as-code: markdown, git, review cycles.
• Data-driven: use support tickets, search queries, and clicks to guide writing.
• Ability to measure and update content based on performance.

🎁 Benefits
