📋 Description

• Own startup recruiting blog from 0 to 1, defining how Ashby speaks to startup talent leaders and
• Publish blog consistently using inputs from SEO, AEO, customer intel, and partnerships
• Build a real publishing strategy for X.com and adapt content to channel and audience
• Collaborate with Partnerships to ensure content supports VC talent community activations
• Own the audience and build an end-to-end content ecosystem around startup readers
• Operate in a high-output, high-velocity content environment while preserving Ashby’s voice

🎯 Requirements

• Deep passion for the startup community and writing daily
• Strong understanding of SEO and AEO; ability to balance creative judgment with data inputs
• Ability to define and own a publishing strategy from scratch
• Comfortable coordinating with partnerships and GTM teams to align content with audience needs
• Strong writing skills and ability to produce high-quality content at scale
