• Strong commercial judgment: connect content to personas, pain points, funnel stage, outcomes
• Fluency in B2B SaaS topics for HR, fintech, payroll, or compliance
• Comfort with data: read packs, pick stats, brief visuals
• Self-directed, async, distributed work
