📋 Description

• Drive strategic content initiatives across Litmos through AI-first, automated workflows.
• Build and implement AI automation systems to scale content ops from draft to publication and
• Apply SEO and AEO expertise, interpret performance data, and amplify brand reach.
• Design AI automation workflows with Claude Cowork to scale content generation and optimization.
• Deploy AI agents to monitor and analyze web traffic, SEO, and AEO data, then act on insights.
• Manage content creation, publication, and optimization workflows across channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in content marketing or related SaaS/tech roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience designing AI automation workflows with Claude Cowork.
• Experience in SaaS/tech and using WordPress, Monday.com/Asana a plus.
• Portfolio with 3+ content marketing examples; ability to review and optimize content for brand
• Strong deadline management and ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure.
