📋 Description

• Own organic social channels and content calendar
• Produce multi-format content across video, social, written, and email
• Grow Float's presence on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and blog
• Manage video production end-to-end
• Build AI workflows for research, scripting, editing, and repurposing
• Test formats and collaborate on the visual system

🎯 Requirements

• Around 5 years in content marketing, video production, or social content
• Experience building and growing a video-first social presence; YouTube preferred
• Proven ability to shoot and edit social-first video end to end
• Strong writing and editing; ability to edit AI drafts
• Repurposing instinct to maximize asset distribution
• Practical AI fluency in workflows
