Content Moderator, Bilingual English/Dutch

📋 Description

• Read, assess, and apply codes to user generated content (text, images, video) in a queue.
• Review performance feedback to minimize errors and meet metrics.
• Attend coaching calls as scheduled; stay engaged in feedback loop.
• Willing to check in on non-scheduled days.
• Work 16 to 29 hours per week based on volume.
• Use Google apps, Slack, and online tools to manage performance expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years content moderation experience.
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Dutch.
• US residency with authorization; must reside in TX (preferred) or AR, FL, GA, IL, NC, or OH.
• At least 3+ years in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and make on-the-spot decisions.
• Comfort with learning new web-based tools; collaborate remotely.
