Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description

• Support continuous improvement projects within the operations team.
• Lead LEAN initiatives, define and manage high‑value projects.
• Assist audits, SOP adherence, and client requirement alignment.
• Act as on-site operations support and client meeting lead.
• Report to Global Audit Operations Manager; support multiple audit teams.
• Travel as needed, including visa-free countries in Asia.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering/Quality/SCM student or equivalent.
• English proficiency; second language is a plus.
• Lean mindset with strong process improvement focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel and hands‑on fieldwork.
