📋 Description

• Drive manufacturing excellence via Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methods.
• Lead improvement initiatives with plant leadership and teams.
• Utilize data to identify opportunities, reduce losses, boost OEE, and cut costs.
• Facilitate CI training, Kaizen events, and MOS implementation.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, digital transformation, or CI.
• Strong English; local language proficiency required.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, and 5S experience.
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform; data analytics skills.
