[Contract] Language Training Specialist - Japanese

📋 Description

• Own Japanese localization QA standards across training content
• Coordinate with Localization, Partner Enablement, and vendors
• QA of eLearning tools and LMS environments (course files, quizzes, answers)
• Develop and maintain glossaries, style guides, and QA checklists
• Document repeatable localization processes for training and help center
• Support translation questions on Notion concepts and terminology

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of localization workflows, vendor collaboration, glossaries, style guides, QA
• Experience with Japanese localization QA for SaaS or technical training
• Ability to review translated content for quality, clarity, and cultural nuance
• Familiarity with eLearning or LMS tools; Skilljar or Parta a plus
• Attention to detail in learner-facing content, quizzes, and course setup
• Strong project management skills
