Own Assistant Editing workflows from ingest through delivery and archive.
Establish and maintain project organization, naming conventions, and technical standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as a resource for Editors, Producers, and Assistant Editors.
Train and support incoming Editors and Assistant Editors on ATTN: workflows.
Document and maintain post-production standards and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration across Post, Production, and

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years of Assistant Editor or post-production experience within an agency, studio, production
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of codecs, frame rates, transcoding, color, audio, and digital post-production
Experience managing high-volume, multi-project workflows.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
Meticulous organization and attention to detail.
