Contract Management Lead (Procurement)

📋 Description

• Own AI-led contracting help desk; scale drafting, review, negotiation, lifecycle mgmt.
• Define service strategy, operating model, and performance tracking.
• Enable sourcing coordinators with training, playbooks, and SLAs.
• Manage CLM platform as record of truth; integrate tools and repos.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Eng, Security, Finance on guardrails.
• Pilot AI capabilities; measure cycle time, automation, and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building/deploying AI-enabled workflows or agents.
• Product-management mindset; roadmap, pilots, data-driven decisions.
• Strong contracting judgment; JD or equivalent experience preferred.
• CLM implementation ownership; templates, libraries, integrations, reporting.
• Ability to design scalable service models and ownership clarity.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Procurement, Eng, Finance.
