📋 Description

• Contract role on Strat Ops team at Customer.io
• Evaluate AI model options — commercial, open source, on‑prem
• Build repeatable cost models for API pricing vs subscriptions
• Track AI vendor agreements and renewal timing
• Support SMS/messaging vendor evaluation efforts
• Provide data to help stakeholders act on cost decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience evaluating software vendors, AI platforms or messaging platforms
• Ability to build cost models and vendor comparison frameworks
• Independent contributor able to work with senior stakeholders
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
• Familiarity with SMS or messaging compliance is a plus
