📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive medication management at 60-min intake and follow-ups
• Conduct risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and longitudinal treatment
• Create patient centered treatment plans and document recommendations
• Follow evidence-based guidelines: measurement-based care and patient-centered care

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry
• Unrestricted state license
• Active DEA license preferred
• Office space available to see clients in Hanover
• Treat a wide range of diagnoses with in-person options preferred
• Full-time US resident
