Contract Recruiter

📋 Description

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support full-cycle recruiting across the US and international
• Own recruiting processes from kickoff through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and hire.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and maintain pipelines.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements with a strong candidate experience.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team priorities.
• Manage multiple requisitions with accurate pipeline activity and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or recruiting, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Proven full lifecycle recruiting experience from intake to hire.
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership abilities.
• Ability to work independently with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers.
