🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting, heavy focus on sales
• Proven success sourcing/hiring sales pros
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, recruiting platforms
• Experience in tech, cybersecurity, SaaS or related industries
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
• Strong communication; builds trust with candidates and managers
