📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting for clinical/technical roles; balance speed, quality, and fit.
• Partner with hiring leaders to align workforce needs, timelines, and compensation.
• Develop proactive sourcing through multiple channels and recruiting tech.
• Manage pipelines; use metrics to improve funnel performance.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, and business partners on headcount and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows in ATS.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting; senior-level and specialized searches.
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or similarly complex industries.
• Experience recruiting across technical, clinical, and business functions.
• Physician or healthcare professional recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, engagement, and closing skills with creative recruiting strategies.
