Negotiate and manage high volumes of pre-M&A contracts – including NDAs, confidentiality
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for sophisticated investment funds and asset managers.
Maintain and update client playbooks for consistency and quality in negotiations.
Collaborate with and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.
Contribute to Carta's legal tech suite using AI-backed tools.

🎯 Requirements

6-8+ years of post-law school corporate or transactional experience.
Licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada).
Experience with financial services clients (asset managers, investment banks).
Tech-savvy; comfortable with legal tech and AI tools (e.g., HighQ).
Commercially minded, client-focused with strong relationship skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
