📋 Description

• Support critical MongoDB roles globally through strategic passive talent sourcing.
• Pivot to support new areas of MongoDB’s business as hiring needs arise across GTM and Technology
• Work with recruiters to deliver qualified talent and become an external market expert.
• Screen candidates for nuanced roles and maintain data integrity in the hiring process.
• Partner with coordinators, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver a high-touch candidate

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in technical recruiting with deep passive candidate sourcing expertise.
• Creative, out-of-the-box sourcing techniques and willingness to learn new tactics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to conduct autonomous research and use data to inform strategy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in high-volume environments; capable of juggling
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and Gem is preferred, but not required.
