Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• Review and analyze RFP documentation and coordinate SMEs
• Coordinate proposal prep across functions (budgets, docs, approvals)
• Manage RFP lifecycle from receipt to submission with risk mitigation
• Develop budgets and pricing aligned with client specs and SME input
• Prepare client deliverables with pricing rationale and documentation
• Draft contract docs and coordinate internal teams for approval

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Languages, or related; MBA preferred
• 2+ years in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals
• Experience in proposal development, contract management, pricing or commercial ops
• Knowledge of proposal/contract management, pricing tools, Salesforce
• Understanding of clinical study operations across international regions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills; attention to detail
