🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years in recruiting, ideally in high-volume ops roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with speed and accuracy.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Clear, professional communication with candidates and partners.
• Strong organization to move multiple roles at once.
