Contracted In-Home Occupational Therapist - Seating & Mobility Specialist

📋 Description

• In-home OT with seating/positioning and DME focus
• Wheelchair evaluations and seating/positioning assessments
• Provide home modifications and mobility equipment recommendations
• Educate on fall prevention, transfers, and mobility techniques
• Collaborate with family and care teams in care planning
• Document findings using our electronic system with seating justifications

🎯 Requirements

• OT degree from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years clinical experience
• Specialized seating/mobility certification (ATP, SMS, or equivalent)
• Experience with wheelchair evaluations and DME recommendations
• Home health or aging/disability service experience preferred
