Contractor: IT Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Deliver seamless tech support for a distributed team of 500+ employees.
• Manage day-to-day access, security, and hardware requests.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Legal, and Procurement on IT needs.
• Support Apple hardware and macOS administration and internal platforms.
• Maintain security guidelines and operational efficiency across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT Support or global IT Operations.
• Deep knowledge of Apple hardware and macOS, Google Workspace, Kandji (Iru), Slack.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; customer-first mindset.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Experience with scripting/automation is a plus (GAM).
