Contractor Onboarding Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage referred contractor pipeline and onboarding process.
• Onboard and train customer-referred and national contractors.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Program Manager and Contractor Training.
• Act as primary contact for contractors, resolving onboarding issues.
• Manage onboarding into systems (HubSpot, FastFields, InJobs, Sitetracker).
• Analyze onboarding metrics and report program performance to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in onboarding, business development, or pipeline-management role (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ownership mentality in a high-growth environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
