🎯 Requirements

4+ years ops or PM in healthcare/government settings
Multi-system experience (Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Suite)
Strong written/verbal communication; high empathy
Autonomous problem solving in ambiguous envs
Detail-oriented with data accuracy and auditing experience
Provider/clinical ops experience; gov program exposure a plus
