Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Independently drafts, reviews, negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Develops and negotiates tailored agreements to meet business needs.
• Ensures contracts comply with legal, regulatory and company policies.
• Delivers contracts trainings and provides risk advice to the business.
• Advises on deal structuring, risk allocation and disputes.
• Supports integration of acquired entities by updating templates and aligning templates to SGS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of contracts experience, including cross-border/government contracts and RFPs
• NCMA membership
• Advanced English language skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical, negotiation and legal reasoning skills
