📋 Description

• Own the operational engine for contract lifecycle, from intake and templates to signature and
• Administer Ironclad CLM: configuration, workflows, user management, ongoing optimization.
• Build and improve automated contract workflows to reduce cycle times and manual steps.
• Manage contract records, metadata, and reporting for accurate, auditable docs.
• Develop dashboards and reports for Legal, Deal Ops, and Finance leadership.
• Coordinate with Ironclad support and internal Salesforce/GTM tooling on platform updates and

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or similar role at a technology
• Hands-on Ironclad administration experience (workflows, templates, reporting, and configuration).
• Strong understanding of the commercial contract lifecycle in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience developing analytics for legal or deal operations teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ tools and how they integrate with CLM workflows.
• Comfort with AI-powered contract tools and automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
