Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle: intake to termination.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs).
• Review vendor docs, privacy/security results to assess risk.
• Lead negotiations with customers and vendors; escalate to attorneys as needed.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Manage signatures via Ironclad/DocuSign and archive contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills.
• Experience drafting/negotiating customer and vendor agreements.
• Knowledge of contract risk assessment and mitigation.
• Working knowledge of privacy and data protection in contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to handle high volumes with quick turnaround.
