Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, Marketing/ Sponsorship, Staffing, and procurement
Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks
Refine approval workflows and intake processes
Flag non-standard terms affecting product, privacy, and compliance
Negotiate Data Processing Agreements and ensure policy compliance
Provide training/resources for go-to-market and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors degree
4+ years in-house, SaaS/tech preferred
Experience with procurement, MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, IP licensing
Experience with contract mgmt systems (Ironclad, Zip, DocuSign)
Excellent project management, independent, proactive
AI experience welcomed but not required
