Contracts Negotiator, Global Transactions

📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage high volume of commercial contracts for global revenue
• Negotiate Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, SaaS and software licenses, Data
• Provide contracting support to move agreements from review to execution with internal partners.
• Serve as primary contact during negotiations; guide stakeholders through processes.
• Recommend negotiation strategies balancing commercial and legal risk.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; contribute to contracting policies and templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a contracts professional managing high-volume commercial agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s or JD may substitute for up to 2 years.
• Strong interest in commercial transactions in cybersecurity/tech.
• Experience with Salesforce, Box, Microsoft Office/Teams, Ironclad or other CLM; AI tools like GC AI
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills with consistent language across similar agreements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to build cross-team
