Contracts Negotiator, Global Transactions

📋 Description

• Review, negotiate and draft contracts per guidelines
• Handle MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, BAAs, SLAs, channel agreements
• Support revenue & procurement contract teams
• Advise on negotiation strategies and risk mitigation
• Develop and update internal contracting policies
• Monitor inbox, triage requests and communicate with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in contracts with high-volume workload
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Masters/JD may substitute for 2 years experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Box, MS Office, Teams, Ironclad
• Strong drafting, organizational and analytical skills
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling contracts
