Location: London (E1)
Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote (or in-office if you prefer)
Support the Contracts and Payments engine within Goodlord platform
Onboard agents and respond to queries, resolving/escalating issues as needed
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy payments flow

🎯 Requirements

HTML or markup language knowledge with SQL querying experience
Analytical and troubleshooting skills in end-user technical support
Attention to detail with Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise high-impact issues
