Control Analyst (SDLC and Deployment Controls)

📋 Description

• Define and embed SDLC and DEPL controls; establish what good compliance looks.
• Plan and run SDLC/DEPL control spot checks for changes and apps.
• Support teams with audit-ready evidence: testing records, change docs.
• Monitor DevOps metrics; identify trends and recommend actions.
• Create training materials and guidance for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate workshops to resolve issues and engage stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Agile change/control analyst or similar in software delivery.
• Experience defining evidence for audits/assurance.
• Knowledge of change delivery tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SDLC/Deployment controls experience; data reporting with APIs, Excel Power Query.
• Industry certs like ITIL, Agile, or SAFe are a plus.
