📋 Description

• Oversee Evergreen Nephrology's accounting operations
• Lead general ledger, month-end and year-end close
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and support audits
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and treasury
• Mentor accounting team; shape internal controls and policies
• Collaborate with leadership and external auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in accounting/finance; CPA preferred
• Minimum 12 years accounting/finance experience; 4+ years in leadership
• Proficiency with GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting and audits
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems; strong analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, integrity and communication
• Healthcare/value-based care experience desirable
