Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day accounting: AP, AR, payroll, GL, reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes for timely reporting.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor the company's financial position.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts with variance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 7+ years in accounting; 2+ years in Controller/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing full accounting cycle and close process.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct).
