📋 Description

• The Controller leads accounting end to end: close, audit readiness, GAAP compliance, technical
• Manage and develop the accounting team, with day-one responsibility for 2 direct reports and
• Define a 12-month roadmap for the accounting function and improve close timelines and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue, Customer Success, and Finance early in decision-making to shape
• Provide real technical judgment on new products, pricing, contracts, and other business changes
• Evaluate team structure and operating model, and drive changes to better support the company.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with controller-level ownership.
• Strong command of technical accounting, GAAP, audit management, and controls.
• Experience leading audit and close with ownership in a lean environment.
• Proven ability to drive improvements in accounting operations and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience leading teams through process or systems changes.
