📋 Description

• Own monthly close, multi-entity consolidation in NetSuite
• Own financial reporting package to leadership
• Oversee equity administration and stock-based comp
• Own spend management: procurement, card spend, reimbursements, AP
• Own banking relationships and related tax/banking reporting
• Oversee insurance and vendor renewals across entities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
• 7+ years accounting experience; Controller/Assistant Controller
• 3+ years direct people management
• Public accounting background (Big 4 or national firm) preferred
• Deep US GAAP knowledge: revenue recognition, stock-based comp, business combos
• Experience with multi-entity close; international subsidiary experience a plus
