📋 Description

• Own the monthly and annual close process with a best-in-class timeline
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for board and investor reporting
• Manage intercompany transactions and multi-entity consolidation (US/UK/Canada)
• Own revenue recognition for a hardware/software business with recurring revenue
• Implement ERP and finance tools (billing, AP automation, expense management)
• Build automated workflows to streamline close, reconciliations, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of accounting/finance experience, including 2+ years at a startup
• Sole or primary finance person for a 30–150 employee company
• ASC 606 revenue recognition experience
• Inventory and hardware accounting experience
• Multi-entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations
• International accounting experience (US + at least one non-US jurisdiction)
• ERP implementation or migration experience
• CPA certification
