📋 Description

• Lead management company accounting, cash management and accounts payable/receivable functions, and
• Oversee third-party fund administration accounting team on monthly/quarter-end close; prepare
• Coordinate annual financial statements and footnotes with third-party team
• Manage audits and tax engagements with Big 4 for holding company and subsidiaries
• Develop budgeting, planning and cash forecasting; track variances with commentary
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in management company accounting (private credit/equity fund or hedge fund
• Significant experience with QuickBooks
• General ledger/FP&A software experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong GAAP knowledge related to fund/investment management
• CPA accreditation highly preferred
