Controlling & Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Own the financial backbone of a high growth company building towards audit readiness and IPO.
• Design and build internal control framework using AI-native tool stack (Campfire, Ramp).
• Lead month-end close with speed and accuracy across multi-entity global structure.
• Scale financial infrastructure to support global expansion and new entities.
• Lead and grow the finance function to support rapid growth.
• Provide decision-ready management reporting and insights to drive FP&A actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building a finance function from scratch; audit background a major plus.
• Strong operational accounting with deep knowledge of technical accounting topics.
• Ability to think from first principles and build processes from scratch.
• Storyteller who contextualizes numbers to drive action and embed finance in the organisation.
• Tech-savvy with a vision for leveraging AI in finance; based in or near Amsterdam and able to work
