Support operation and maintenance of HQ networks and hardware/software
Design, plan, implement, upgrade data center tech: storage, virtualization, network with
Maintain Citrix/NetApp/VMware vSphere/Horizon platforms
Create high quality documentation and content deliverables
Provide 24x7 on-call technical support

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical degree, or Associate with 2
Six years experience managing data center tech incl vSphere, VMware, vMotion, HA, Horizon View
Experience troubleshooting NetApp storage and Cisco Data Center Technologies (MDS, UCS, Nexus)
IAT II Certification (Typically CompTIA SEC+)
One of: VCP, NetApp NCIE-SAN, Cisco CCNP Data Center within 12 months
