  • Design, build, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across client websites and funnels
  • \n
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, forms, CTAs, and overall user experience to improve conversion
  • \n
  • Analyze user behavior using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data
  • \n
  • Conduct CRO audits and develop clear, prioritized optimization recommendations for clients
  • \n
  • Architect and own the testing roadmap across multiple client accounts
  • \n
  • Prepare CRO deliverables and present analysis and results directly to clients on calls
  • \n

🎯 Requirements

    \n
  • Based in the Philippines with long-term availability
  • \n
  • 2+ years in CRO, experimentation, or analytics
  • \n
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication for client presentations
  • \n
  • Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field
  • \n
  • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
  • \n
  • Proficiency with GA4, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity
  • \n
