📋 Description

Design and execute the ecosystem expansion roadmap for DeFi.
Secure Tier-1 alliances with protocols, VCs, and liquidity providers.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Web3 with proven DeFi leadership.
Scaled a protocol/platform from early stage to market leader.
Experience reporting to executive boards or top-tier management.
Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus.
