Design and execute the ecosystem expansion roadmap to become a DeFi hub.
Identify and secure Tier-1 alliances with protocols, VCs, and liquidity providers.
Oversee marketing and community initiatives to boost TVL and user acquisition.
Build and manage remote and local teams across marketing, BD, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Web3 with a track record in DeFi.
Experience scaling a protocol or platform from early stage to market leader.
Experience reporting to executive boards or top-tier management.
Fluent English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
