Build and manage high-performing remote/local teams across marketing, BD, and ops.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Web3 with a track record in DeFi.
Scaled a protocol or platform from early stage to market leader.
Experience reporting to executive boards or top-tier management.
Fluent English required; Mandarin a plus but not required.
