📋 Description

• Front-of-store point person greeting guests and taking orders
• Bake warm, delicious cookies and assist with in-store production
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Assist customers with menu items and confirm orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm customer experience in person and over the phone
• Contribute to a fun, exciting team environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills
• Must lift up to 40 lb and be 18 years or older
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays; Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
