• Greet guests and take orders at the store front
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders
• Provide warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream as needed
• Package and deliver fast, warm, correct orders
• Handle cash accurately and manage payments

• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious nature
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
