📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
• Assist with vehicle rental questions and reservations
• Verify customer information and provide help as needed
• Provide technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot self-service issues
• Collaborate with SIXT branches in different countries
• Promote additional sales and improvements

• Language Proficiency Fluent in German, English & Spanish
