Coordinator, Sample Receipt

📋 Description

• Log shipments and receive samples for clinical/toxicology trials
• Notify manager of abnormal receipt conditions for follow up
• Resolve discrepancies with vendor/site/clinical
• Address alarms from temperature monitoring system timely
• Manage sample storage and lifecycle; ensure transfer/disposal
• Assist with trial-specific CLW development as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (life sciences preferred) or equivalent
• 1-3 years of sample processing in GLP environment
• End-to-end sample lifecycle expert
• Proficient with applicable LIMS software
• Autonomous, can propose improvements
• Experience in cross-functional teams (IT, Bioanalysis, Clinical Systems)
