📋 Description

• Coordinate HR for touring employees, logistics, and support
• Liaise with tour members, IHQ and suppliers for quality ops
• Manage immigration, social security and workers' comp follow-up
• Administer group insurance and Employee Assistance Program
• Arrange travel and lodging for staff; coordinate transport schedules
• Prepare tour book and orient new employees/artists

🎯 Requirements

• HR experience and knowledge mandatory
• Degree in HR/Tourism/Production/Administration; bachelor's asset
• 2-4 years touring environment experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience managing transport and lodging for large groups
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus
