Core Network Lead

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of ~5 engineers and QA specialists across concurrent global rollout
• Establish engineering best practices, testing strategy and handover standards.
• Oversee technical integrations with host mobile network operators (signalling, packet core, voice
• Own MVNO core components: subscriber DB (HSS/HLR), packet core, signaling routing and messaging.
• Direct implementation and troubleshooting across the signalling stack (Diameter, SS7).
• Ensure end-to-end service readiness for data, voice, SMS, VoLTE and interconnects; manage NPP

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on mobile core networks and Full MVNO integrations.
• 2+ years leading engineers/QA in agile/delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of packet core and voice core: HSS/HLR, policy and charging, VoLTE, legacy voice.
• Expertise in Diameter, SS7 and SIP, plus SMS routing and interworking with other operators.
• Experience delivering mobile number portability and lawful interception solutions.
• Delivery mindset with ability to document to hand over a system.
